These 60 minute One-on-One coaching calls will help you develop an action plan to achieve your career goals as a healthcare leader.

Coaching Sessions
-We will meet for 12 individual coaching sessions in an environment that is supportive and nonjudgmental via telephone conference
-In addition to the coaching calls, you will complete an Emotional Intelligence and strengths assessment, a module that consists of customized worksheets, access to videos, and resource links to walk away from the program with a new outlook on what it means to be a leader.
-You will also receive access to unlimited email coaching, and 5 minute laser calls to discuss any questions that arise in between our sessions
